We reserve the right to reject your Membership Application without reference to you or assigning any reason whatsoever.

We accept bets for games advertised on the Website. All bets are subject to the Betting Rules applicable to each event and these Terms.

You acknowledge that the Software made accessible to you is the property of The Company and that you do not gain any rights to such Software.

The Company reserves the right not to settle a transaction in the event of discrepancies between the bank account and registered name.

Your winnings from settled bets will be credited to your account and shall be withdrawn in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

All promotion offers are limited to one per person. Meaning one per family, household address, IP address, email address, telephone number, credit or debit card and/or e-payment account, or shared computer.

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, fraud, taking unfair advantage of us and/or other suspicious activity.

You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold The Company harmless for any loss, damage or claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

The Company does not accept liability for the content, products, representations of external or third party websites.

The Company reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to void any winnings, freeze and forfeit any balance in your account if we suspect fraud or breach of terms.

Links to external websites are provided for your convenience only. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy of such links.

We reserve the right to add new games or functions, or to commence, cease, discontinue, restrict access to or modify any games or functions at any time.

The Company reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

The English language version of this Agreement shall be the prevailing version in the event of any discrepancy between any translated versions of this Agreement.

An account is deemed "Dormant" if no login or betting activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months.

The Company reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of AUD $5.00 (or equivalent) on Dormant Accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

The Company is required to verify the identity of all players. We may request documentation including but not limited to: Passport/ID, Utility Bills, and Proof of Payment method ownership.

Withdrawals will be paused until satisfactory KYC documents are provided and verified. Failure to provide documents within 30 days may result in account suspension.

All transactions are monitored for money laundering activity. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.

A strict "Closed Loop" policy applies. Funds must be withdrawn to the same method used for deposit, up to the deposit amount.

This Agreement and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Curacao. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Curacao shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or difference concerning the Agreement.
